- The organization was created to serve as an eye opener to young ones in the society, helping them to identify their roles towards building a stronger and improved youth society. Knowing that we as youth are the carries of the future, and as such must seek to become responsible and contributing citizens in the all important process of growth and development in our various societies. Assisting the less informed ones to acquire the basic knowledge and life changing skills that will enable them become self directed and productive members of the society. The organization was also created to harmonize and encourage young ones who are willing and able to volunteer their creative talents and labor power towards a meaningful development, knowing that youth volunteerism is one of the surest and fastest through which we can achieve a Global and National development. The organization was also formed towards bringing young people together, to cordially develop, sharpen and demonstrate their individual character for leadership, such that they can effectively display distinctive qualities that will in the end present them to become ideal leaders for tomorrow and today
